Our service

SDS Property Services provides a timeshare-resale listing and marketing service. We are an independent advertiser and are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any resort, developer, management company, or exchange program. Resort and brand names are used only to identify the property being advertised.

No guarantee of sale or rental

We do not guarantee that any timeshare will be sold or rented, or sold/rented within any particular timeframe or for any particular price. Marketing a property does not create an offer or a binding agreement to buy, sell, or rent.

Fees & payments

Any listing/marketing fee is a flat fee discussed with you directly (typically on a call) and is for advertising/marketing services. We do not charge a commission and do notcollect any payment through this website. Never send payment in response to this site alone.

Your responsibilities

You represent that the information you submit is accurate and that you are the owner of, or authorized to list, the timeshare. You agree not to misuse the site or submit fraudulent or infringing content.

Consent to be contacted

By submitting a form with consent, you agree to be contacted by phone, text, and email as described in our Privacy Policy. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service, and you may opt out at any time.

Cancellation / rescission

Disclaimers & limitation of liability
